He participated in the panel "Models of Sustainable Development". Radostin Tanev emphasized the specific problems facing the region and local self-government in the coming years. During the discussion part, the possibilities for adequately responding to the challenges and stimulating the prospects for economic development were discussed.
The event was held in Sofia and brought together representatives of businesses and institutions to discuss appropriate and workable solutions for attracting long-term investor interest. The forum is organized by BGLOBAL in partnership with the National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and the Institute for Market Economy.
The two discussion panels aimed to show working models of successful business-region symbiosis, to be multiplied over the next four years at the local level and with the help of the local government. The ambition of the organizers was to give emphasis to Special investments in people and human capital - a key factor for the economic and social prosperity not only of the regions, but also of the country.
