In the week of May 9-13, the Municipality of Stara Zagora will organize a series of events in support of the local IT business and under the motto "To keep the young people of Stara Zagora."
Visits of companies from the sector to several schools in Stara Zagora and the Thracian University are planned, where they will present their activities on site and will be able to meet the young talents of the city, who in turn will be able to understand the opportunities that companies offer for work or internship ", said during a special press conference the head of the" Investment "department Rositsa Raykova.
The Business to Business initiative will be held on May 12 at 5:30 pm in the Lapidarium. It will provide an opportunity for a meeting between different businesses. Meetings will also be initiated in other cities such as Kazanlak, Galabovo, Chirpan and Radnevo. It is also planned to organize a business forum with the participation of a large number of companies in the city, as well as to hold a labor exchange.
The events will continue on May 16, when for the second year in a row the seminar "IT and YOU" will be held. It is intended for teachers of technology-oriented subjects and students from Stara Zagora schools, as well as for parents of students in 6th and 7th grade. The Municipality of Stara Zagora is actively working to attract more and more companies from the IT sector, so as to turn the city into an attractive center for young talents and people who want to return to their hometown and develop in it.
The growing interest of the sector in the City of Limes has determined the need to build a suitable environment for this sector, which mainly needs appropriate and innovative workspaces. The first shared coworking space will be opened in the city. It will provide both comfortable office space and new opportunities for interesting meetings and events.
