The second edition of the "ZagoraDev" forum ended with the participation of twice as many people as last year. This success was celebrated by the organizers from the "Investment" department of the Municipality of Stara Zagora and the company "Edynamix Bulgaria".
"The two-day event was attended by nearly 350 people, all of whom had the pleasure of getting to know the latest developments in the field of information technologies," said Rositsa Raykova, Head of the "Investment" Department. A total of seven speakers, each of them a specialist in their field, talked about what a chat bot is and the difference with a GPT chat, artificial intelligence, how to write and create content in the Internet space, what are the phases in the development of an IT project and how successfully it can subsequently be marketed," she added.
During the forum, participants learned more about the meta universe and the importance of domains. Last but not least, students from Harmanley, part of "Gluon Quantum" presented their successes in developing a water purification system, a voice assistant and one for video games.
In addition to the lecture part, the event was accompanied by an exhibition where some of the largest companies in the IT sector had the opportunity to present their activities, and theTrakia university, as a partner of "ZagoraDev", promoted its specialties.
A highlight of this year's edition was the demonstration of robot hands used in industry, as well as virtual reality glasses, presented by SU "Neofit Rilski" school - Harmanli. This year's presenter was Blagovest Iliev, assistant professor at the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication of SU "St. Kliment Ohridski", reporter and producer of "News ON AIR" on "Bulgaria ON AIR" television. The organizers promise even more speakers, guests and news in "ZagoraDev 2024".
